The Trainee program allowed me to continue developing my skills while joining a multinational group. The opportunity to rotate through various areas related to my target position, and especially to experience an international assignment within another brand of the Group, greatly enriched my personal and professional development. This journey helped me understand the company from a broad perspective while building a strong network of contacts that remains essential in my day-to-day work today.
My time as a Trainee was an extremely enriching experience, allowing me to gain first-hand insight into the operations on the assembly line and at a dealership, as well as to understand the importance of coordinated work between departments. Additionally, meetings with Vice Presidents and other Trainees within the Volkswagen Group broadened my global perspective and strengthened my professional network. It was a dynamic and motivating way to integrate into the company.
On completion of the programme, you will be given the opportunity to join us as an employee.
One of the requirements to register for the programme is that you must have completed your studies (bachelor's or master's degree).
